Gut microbiota sequencing

For microbial community analysis, cecal contents collected during necropsy underwent cryopreservation prior to genomic DNA extraction using the QIAamp DNA Stool Mini Kit (Qiagen, Hilden, Germany)针对微生物群落分析需求，剖检过程中采集的盲肠内容物在采用德国希尔德市Qiagen公司的QIAamp DNA Stool Mini Kit试剂盒提取基因组DNA前，已完成冷冻保存。
