The purpose of this study was to compare changes in gene expression in the eyeballs following ingestion of Tetraselmis chuii (T. chuii) in a BALB/C mouse model of dry eye syndrome (DES). 本研究旨在对比干眼综合征(dry eye syndrome, DES)BALB/C小鼠模型中,摄入四列藻(Tetraselmis chuii, T. chuii)后眼球的基因表达变化。研究优先对比了干眼诱导前后的基因表达变化,同时也对比了干眼诱导后摄入四列藻所引发的基因表达变化。整体实验设计:我们采用RNA测序(RNAseq)技术,分析了野生型(WT)、东莨菪碱诱导干眼综合征小鼠,以及经四列藻干预的干眼综合征小鼠的眼球基因表达模式。
