Transcriptomic profiles of Pseudomonas protegens H78 and its rpoN-deleted mutant (H78?rpoN), which were grown to the late exponential phase (OD600 = 4.0 to 5.0) in the KMB media at 28 °C, were assessed by deep sequencing (RNA-seq) on BGISEQ-500 (illumina). Overall design: Two bacterial strains, Pseudomonas protegens H78 wild type strain and its rpoN-deleted mutant strain (H78?rpoN), each was replicated three times.

本数据集收录产假单胞菌(Pseudomonas protegens)H78及其rpoN基因缺失突变株(rpoN-deleted mutant)H78ΔrpoN的转录组谱(Transcriptomic profiles)。上述菌株于28℃下在KMB培养基(KMB media)中培养至指数生长后期(此时OD600值为4.0至5.0),随后通过BGISEQ-500(因美纳Illumina)测序平台开展深度测序(RNA测序,RNA-seq)分析。实验设计概述:共设置两类细菌菌株,即产假单胞菌(Pseudomonas protegens)H78野生型菌株及其rpoN基因缺失突变株(rpoN-deleted mutant)H78ΔrpoN,每类菌株均设置3次生物学重复(biological replicates)。
