This dataset contains all picrosirius red histology data used in the manuscript
The skeletal muscle phenotype of the DE50-MD dog model of Duchenne muscular dystrophy
Included are:
1) all raw images (separated by staining batch) for both longitudinal vastus lateralis and post-mortem multiple muscles (images in .tif format) These are subdivided into three .zip files for convenience (labelled appropriately)
2) quantitative 'fibrosis fraction' values derived from thos images, as per-image values and mean per-sample values, along with a sample key. This is provided as a single excel spreadsheet.
All quantitative analysis used the methods described in
Rapid histological quantification of muscle fibrosis and lysosomal activity using the HSB colour space

Also included is a data key file (excel format) containing details of every variable and sample name used in these (and other) analyses

杜兴氏肌营养不良症(Duchenne muscular dystrophy)DE50-MD犬模型的骨骼肌表型
数据集包含以下内容:
