Plant microRNAs (miRNAs) have emerged as important regulators in developmental processes and stress responses in plants. To identify the wound-responsive miRNAs in the leaves of sweet potato, small RNA deep sequencing was conducted on unwounded and wounded leaves (30 min). Total RNAs were isolated for library construction and analyzed by RNA-sequencing via Illumina Genome Analyzer IIx platform. About 16 million total reads were obtained for each sample. 植物微小RNA(miRNAs)已被证实是植物生长发育进程与胁迫应答过程中的重要调控因子。为鉴定甘薯叶片中响应创伤胁迫的miRNAs,研究人员对未创伤及创伤30分钟的甘薯叶片开展了小RNA深度测序。研究人员提取总RNA以构建测序文库,并通过Illumina Genome Analyzer IIx平台完成RNA测序分析。每个样本均获得约1600万条总测序读段。实验整体设计:针对甘薯创伤胁迫处理开展小RNA深度测序。
