Antillogorgia elisabethae Targeted Locus (Loci)

This study aims to characterize the bacterial community associated with the gorgonian octocoral Pseudopterogorgia elisabethae. Three individual colonies of Pseudopterogorgia elisabethae collected between 20-30 m deep at El Planchon, Providencia Island, Colombia.

本研究旨在解析与伊丽莎白假柳珊瑚（Pseudopterogorgia elisabethae）相关的附生细菌群落特征。本次研究所用样本为采集自哥伦比亚普罗维登西亚岛埃尔普兰雄（El Planchon）海域20至30米水深处的3株伊丽莎白假柳珊瑚群体。
