Characterization and phylogenetic analysis of the first complete mitochondrial genome of Cyperus rotundus

Cyperus rotundus is a perennial malignant weed in Cyperaceae. The mitochondrial genome of C. rotundus was sequenced using high-throughput sequencing technology, and the differences in mitochondrial genes of C. rotundus in different regions were analyzed to clarify the genetic diversity of C. rotundus population.

香附子（Cyperus rotundus）是莎草科（Cyperaceae）多年生恶性杂草。本研究采用高通量测序技术对香附子的线粒体基因组进行测序，通过分析不同地区香附子线粒体基因的差异，以明确该种群的遗传多样性。
