Variability of Gross Tumor Volume in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma using 11C-Choline and 18F-FDG PET/CT

CH_CT.hdr/CH_CT.img and CH_IntPT.hdr and CH_IntPT.img are image volumes of a PET/CT scan using 11C-Choline as tracer. CH_T.hdr and CH_T.img are the standard reference of GTV contoured by human. FDG_CT.hdr/FDG_CT.img and FDG_IntPT.hdr and FDG_IntPT.img are image volumes of a PET/CT scan using 18F-FDG as tracer. FDG_T.hdr and FDG_T.img are the standard reference of GTV contoured by human. t-test.zip is the packed file of t-test using spss.

CH_CT.hdr/CH_CT.img、CH_IntPT.hdr 与 CH_IntPT.img 为以11C-胆碱（11C-Choline）为示踪剂的PET/CT（正电子发射断层显像/X线计算机体层成像）影像体数据集。CH_T.hdr 及 CH_T.img 为经人工勾画的大体肿瘤体积（Gross Tumor Volume，GTV）的标准参考标注。FDG_CT.hdr/FDG_CT.img、FDG_IntPT.hdr 与 FDG_IntPT.img 为以18F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖（18F-FDG）为示踪剂的PET/CT影像体数据集。FDG_T.hdr 及 FDG_T.img 为经人工勾画的大体肿瘤体积（GTV）的标准参考标注。t-test.zip 为采用SPSS软件完成t检验的压缩文件。
