RNA-seq analysis in immature and mature oocyte in mice. Mus musculus musculus

In order to examine the transcriptome state during oogenesis in mice, we conducted RAN-Seq analysis using immature oocyte from new born mice at day 3 and mature oocyte from adult mice.
