Compared performance of Affymetrix HTA arrays and Illumina RNAseq for the analysis of tumours [RNA-seq]

Here we compared the performance of Affymetrix HTA 2.0 microarray and Illumina 2000 RNA-sequencing techniques on the clinical samples collected from patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma. Overall design: Comparison of transcriptome (9 tumor and 9 adjacent tissue samples) in RNA-seq and microarray.

本研究以肺鳞状细胞癌（lung squamous cell carcinoma）患者的临床样本为研究对象，比较了Affymetrix HTA 2.0 微阵列（Affymetrix HTA 2.0 microarray）与Illumina 2000 RNA测序（Illumina 2000 RNA-sequencing）两种技术的检测性能。整体实验设计：对9份肿瘤组织及9份癌旁组织样本的转录组，采用RNA测序与微阵列技术开展对比分析。
