Code to reproduce the analyses from > Dallas, TA, L Holian, and C Ten Caten. 2023. Geographic and temporal distance-decay relationships across taxa. Code is written in R and the file is in R markdown (.Rmd). Package versions are provided at the bottom of the file along with the sessionInfo(). The analyses rely on a data package (neonDivData), which may change to incorporate new data over time. As such, to reproduce the figures from the manuscript, the data between 2013 and 2021 should be used. It is also possible that these data may change, as taxonomic updates or NEON quality checking may change some numbers. These are unlikely to change the overall figures, as the analyses rest of occupancy (was the species there at a given site), and less on things that may vary more (abundance). However, still a possibility.

本代码用于复现Dallas TA、Holian L与Ten Caten C于2023年发表的《跨类群的地理与时间距离衰减关系》一文中的所有分析流程。代码采用R语言编写,文件格式为R Markdown(.Rmd)。文件末尾附带了本次分析使用的R包版本信息以及会话信息(sessionInfo())。本分析依赖数据集包neonDivData,该数据集会随时间更新以纳入新的观测数据。因此,若需复现论文中的图表,应使用2013至2021年的数据集版本。此外,由于分类学更新或NEON平台的质量校验流程可能会调整部分数据,该数据集仍存在更新的可能。此类更新大概率不会对整体图表结果造成显著影响,因本分析核心基于物种占据度(即某一物种是否在指定样地存在),而非易发生波动的丰度数据,但此类不确定性仍无法完全排除。
