Purpose:The goals of this study is to analyze the gene expession pattern in mouse embryonic stem cells (ESCs) treated with CHIR99021(CHIR) in the presence or absence of Spautin-1 for 24 h. 46C mouse ESCs cultured in serum-containing medium supplemented with 3 µM CHIR or 3 µM CHIR plus 8 µM Spautin-1 (CHIR_SP) for 24 h were collected by using Trizol. These samples were sent to BGI (Shenzhen, China) company to do deep sequencing by using MGI2000.

研究目的:本研究旨在分析经CHIR99021(CHIR)处理、且分别存在或不存在Spautin-1的小鼠胚胎干细胞(mouse embryonic stem cells, ESCs)在24小时后的基因表达模式。将46C小鼠胚胎干细胞在含血清的培养基中培养,分别添加3 μM CHIR或3 μM CHIR联合8 μM Spautin-1(CHIR_SP)处理24小时后,使用Trizol试剂收集样本。随后将上述样本送往位于中国深圳的BGI公司,采用MGI2000进行深度测序。
