Tumor risk profile reversal by AZ-628, an RAF inhibitor. Homo sapiens

Through in silico drug screening, AZ-628, an RAF inhibitor was predicted to reverse the survival risk profiles for certain tumors (for example BRCA), but have no effect for other types of tumors. To validate the prediction, cancer cell lines were treated with AZ-628 and committed to RNA-Seq. The reversal score was calculated by summing the differential expression of deleterious and beneficial genes.
