Zymomonas mobilis subsp. mobilis strain:NRRL B-1960 Genome sequencing

Zymomonas mobilis is an ethanol producing bacterial species. To better understand the comparative genomics of this important industrial species, we sequenced the genome of isolate NRRL B-1960, which was isolated from spoiled cider in Scotland.
