Zymomonas mobilis subsp. mobilis strain:NRRL B-1960 Genome sequencing

Zymomonas mobilis is an ethanol producing bacterial species. To better understand the comparative genomics of this important industrial species, we sequenced the genome of isolate NRRL B-1960, which was isolated from spoiled cider in Scotland.运动发酵单胞菌（Zymomonas mobilis）是一种可产乙醇的细菌菌种。为更好地解析这一重要工业菌种的比较基因组学特征，我们对分离自苏格兰变质苹果酒的菌株NRRL B-1960的基因组进行了测序。
