Pangenomes of multiple species for the PGGB paper.
Each pangenome is represented in a FASTA format file. Each FASTA file is compressed with bgzip so that it can be indexed and directly input to PGGB.
The name of each file specifies:
the species;
the number of haplotypes;
the chromosome.
All sequence names follow the PanSN specification.
用于PGGB论文的多物种泛基因组（Pangenome）数据集。
每个泛基因组以FASTA格式文件存储。所有FASTA文件均通过bgzip工具进行压缩，可被索引并直接作为输入文件供PGGB使用。
