资源简介：
华北地区植被覆盖与干旱历年数据集（2001-2013）由华北地区植被覆盖度数据（2001-2013）和干旱指数数据（2001-2013）组成。植被覆盖度数据是250米分辨率栅格数据，以.Tiff格式存储，分别存储在两个数据文件中，干旱指数是100个站点.shp格式，存储为一个数据文件。
North China Vegetation Cover and Drought Annual Dataset (2001–2013) consists of two components: the North China vegetation coverage dataset (2001–2013) and the drought index dataset (2001–2013). The vegetation coverage data is raster data with a spatial resolution of 250 meters, stored in TIFF format across two separate data files. The drought index data, which is sourced from 100 monitoring stations, is stored as a single data file in SHP format.
