补充材料6 表S6:本表呈现了渐进式土壤干旱处理期间,于T1、T2、T3三个采样时间点下,早保存型(early-saver, ES)或晚保存型(late-saver, LS)基因型中所含差异丰度代谢物(differentially abundant metabolites, DAMs)的通路富集分析结果。本次通路富集分析采用针对京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)通路的过度表征分析(over-representation analysis, ORA)完成。
