This file contains publicly available and cleaned data of USPTO patents with at least one inventor from the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia in the period 1981-2010. As an addition to the original data file submitted to the article, we added the NUTS 3 region and population size to every town in the above countries.
本数据集收录了1981至2010年期间，至少包含一位来自捷克共和国、匈牙利、波兰及斯洛伐克发明人的美国专利商标局（United States Patent and Trademark Office，USPTO）公开可得且经清洗处理的专利数据。相较于提交给本文的原始数据文件，本数据集额外为上述四国的所有城镇补充了欧盟领土统计单位命名法三级区域（Nomenclature of Territorial Units for Statistics 3，NUTS 3）及人口规模两项信息。
