The RNA-seq data provided evidence that ZIKV-NS5 repressed genes transcription, thus disrupting the neurogenesis of human NPCs. Overall design: overexpressed ZIKV-NS5 in hNPCs and collected cells 48 hours post infection by lentivirus. And hNPCs in control groups were infected by lentivirus that packaged vectors.
