FTIR results

An Agilent Technologies Cary 630 FTIR spectrometer equipped with diamond attenuated total reflection (ATR) was used to obtain FTIR spectra for samples between 4000-650 cm-1 in transmittance mode. 32 background scans were taken before 64 sample scans.

本研究采用搭载金刚石衰减全反射（attenuated total reflection, ATR）附件的安捷伦科技（Agilent Technologies）Cary 630型傅里叶变换红外（Fourier Transform Infrared, FTIR）光谱仪，以透射模式采集样品在4000~650 cm⁻¹波数范围内的FTIR光谱。实验流程为先执行32次背景扫描，随后完成64次样品扫描。
