Proximity labeling of proteins interacting with complex including SETD1AC and BOD1L using split-TurboID

Proximity labeling was performed to identify proteins interacting with complexes, including SETD1A and BOD1L. Proteins were separated by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and digested using an in-gel digestion protocol.

本研究采用邻近标记（Proximity labeling）技术，以鉴定与包含SETD1A与BOD1L的复合物相互作用的蛋白质。蛋白质经十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离后，采用胶内酶解方案完成酶解处理。
