Palbociclib releases the latent differentiation capacity of neuroblastoma cells [RNA-seq PB]

We have used RNA-seq to assess the global impact of palbociclib on the transcriptome at early and late time points in three neuroblastoma cell lines. RNA-seq in SK-N-BE(2)C, IMR-32 and SH-SY5Y following PB treatment for 24 hours and 5/7 days

本研究通过RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术，评估了帕博西尼（palbociclib）在三种神经母细胞瘤细胞系中，于早期及晚期时间点对转录组的全局影响。具体实验为：对SK-N-BE(2)C、IMR-32与SH-SY5Y三株细胞施加帕博西尼处理后，分别在24小时及5/7天两个时间节点开展RNA-seq检测。
