Effect of CCN2 knockdown on mRNA Expression Profiles of GIST-T1 Cells

To investigate the mechanism that CCN2 regulates IM resistance in GIST, GIST-T1 cell lines transfected with lentiviral shRNA plasmids targeting CCN2 and control were analyzed through high throughput sequencing.为探究CCN2调控胃肠道间质瘤（Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor, GIST）伊马替尼（Imatinib, IM）耐药性的分子机制，本研究对转染靶向CCN2的慢病毒短发夹RNA（short hairpin RNA, shRNA）质粒及对照质粒的GIST-T1细胞系开展了高通量测序分析。
