Effect of cyclophosphamide (CP) and cisplatin (CDDP) on Daphnia magna

The aim of the study was to examine the impact of the alkylating anticancer agents, cyclophosphamide (CP) and cisplatin (CDDP), on filter feeding cladoceran, Daphnia magna.We evaluated the life history parameters, proteome, and transcriptome profiles of crustacean chronically exposed (for five generations) to environmentally relevant CP (10 ng L-1) and CDDP (100 ng L-1) concentrations.

本研究旨在探究烷化类抗癌药物环磷酰胺（cyclophosphamide, CP）与顺铂（cisplatin, CDDP）对滤食性枝角类大型溞（Daphnia magna）的影响。本研究对暴露于环境相关浓度环磷酰胺（10 ng·L⁻¹）与顺铂（100 ng·L⁻¹）的甲壳类动物开展了五代慢性暴露实验，并对其生活史参数、蛋白质组及转录组谱进行了评估。
