The patent value is calculated as: Patent Value = B * (0.2A + 0.1C + 0.3D + 0.15E + 0.1F + 0.15G), where:
- B represents the legal status: 0 points for invalid patents, 1 point for valid patents, and 0.5 points for pending patents;
