16S rRNA amplicon sequencing of leaf and rhizosphere soil microbiome from plants infected with powdery mildew. Samples were collected at 7, 14, and 21 days post inoculation (DPI) from both infected (PM) and control plants. This study investigates the changes in bacterial community composition associated with powdery mildew disease progression.

针对感染白粉病(powdery mildew)的植物的叶片及根际土壤微生物组(rhizosphere soil microbiome),开展16S rRNA扩增子测序(16S rRNA amplicon sequencing)。本研究分别于接种后第7、14、21天(days post inoculation, DPI)采集感染组(PM)与对照组植株的样本,旨在探究与白粉病病程进展相关的细菌群落组成变化。
