Half-hourly flux datasets used in the manuscript "Surface cooling potential of wetlands across the Prairie Pothole Region of Canada". The folders contains: Biomet.net : a repository contains libraries and functions for the EcoFlux Lab Data Cleaning Pipeline. Details and instructions on using this database cleaning pipeline is available at pipelinedocumentation – EcoFlux Lab. Database: Based on the above database cleaning pipleline, this folder stores all the flux and cleaned datasets. See documentation in the above website. Codes: python codes for postprocessing and generating of figures and tables for the Manuscript.
