不同的场景下对灯具有着不一样的照明需求,例如对灯具能效等级的要求。通过采集用于邢台市道路照明的路灯的输入电压、电流、光通量和功率因子等参数测算得到EEI,从而确定灯具的能效等级,就可以明确灯具在邢台市的道路照明需求,可以为厂商优化灯具设计方案提供数据支撑,提高灯具的节能性能和使用寿命。1.数据来源:在灯具出厂前,随机抽取用于邢台市道路照明的路灯成品,采集该路灯输入电压、电流、光通量和功率因子等参数。 2.数据处理(1)基于采集的参数对灯具进行能效等级EEI分析: EEI=IV*PF/Pref;其中PF是功率修正因子:Pref是灯的参考功率,Фuse为灯的有效光通量。当中Фuse<1300lm时:Pref=фuse的平方根乘以0.88的积再加上0.049 Фuse ;当Фuse≥1300lm时:Pref =0.07341Фuse (2)若EEI≤0.11,为A++级;0.11≤EEI≤0.17,为A+级;0.17≤EEI≤0.24,为A级;0.24≤EEI≤0.6,为B级;0.6≤EEI≤0.8,为C级:0.8≤EEI≤0.95,为D级;EEI>0.95,为E级。3.数据应用:能效指数是评估灯具能效的重要指标之一,灯具出厂前进行等效分析,以适配邢台市道路照明应用场景下的照明需求;同时也可为厂商优化灯具设计方案提供数据支撑,提高灯具的节能性能和使用寿命。

Different scenarios have distinct lighting requirements for luminaires, among which energy efficiency grade requirements are typical. By collecting parameters such as input voltage, current, luminous flux, and power factor of street lamps for road lighting in Xingtai City, and calculating the Energy Efficiency Index (EEI) to determine the energy efficiency grade of the luminaires, we can clarify the lighting demands of road lighting in Xingtai City, providing data support for manufacturers to optimize luminaire design schemes and improving the energy-saving performance and service life of the luminaires. 1. Data Source: Before factory shipment, randomly sample finished street lamps intended for road lighting in Xingtai City, and collect their parameters including input voltage, current, luminous flux, and power factor. 2. Data Processing (1) Conduct energy efficiency grade EEI analysis based on the collected parameters: EEI = (V×I×PF)/Pref; where PF is the power correction factor, Pref is the reference power of the luminaire, and Φ_use is the effective luminous flux of the luminaire. Specifically: When Φ_use < 1300 lm: Pref = 0.88 × √Φ_use + 0.049 × Φ_use; When Φ_use ≥ 1300 lm: Pref = 0.07341 × Φ_use. (2) Determine the energy efficiency grade according to EEI: If EEI ≤ 0.11: Grade A++; If 0.11 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.17: Grade A+; If 0.17 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.24: Grade A; If 0.24 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.6: Grade B; If 0.6 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.8: Grade C; If 0.8 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.95: Grade D; If EEI > 0.95: Grade E. 3. Data Application: The Energy Efficiency Index (EEI) is one of the important indicators for evaluating luminaire energy efficiency. Conducting energy efficiency analysis before factory shipment can meet the lighting requirements of road lighting scenarios in Xingtai City. Meanwhile, it can also provide data support for manufacturers to optimize luminaire design schemes, thereby improving the energy-saving performance and service life of the luminaires.
