Presence absence OTU table for data set used in the described publication with Taxonomic ID. R = recruits, S = small colonies, M = medium colonies, L = large colonies, VL = very large colonies. Each line represents a different sample. SKL = skeleton from medium colonies only, T = tissue, M = mucus and A = endolithic algae.

本研究所述已发表文献所用数据集的存在-缺失操作分类单元（Operational Taxonomic Unit，OTU）表，附带分类学ID。其中R代表幼体（recruits），S代表小型菌落，M代表中型菌落，L代表大型菌落，VL代表超大型菌落；每一行对应一个独立样本。SKL仅指中型菌落的骨骼，T代表组织，M代表黏液，A代表石内藻类。
