Sex- and height-stratified upper limit of normal (ULN) values for airway radius along the airway centerline were determined using CT data from the health check-up cohort (n=445). Each data sheet includes the distance from the origin of each lobar bronchus (mm) and airway radius (mm) for right upper, middle, and lower lobes (RUL, RML, and RLL, respectively) and left upper and lower lobes (LUL and LLL, respectively). Although the actual analysis was performed at 1-cm height intervals for males (155–185 cm) and females (141–173 cm), this dataset includes representative data for the ULN for airway radius at 5-cm intervals.
本研究依托健康检查队列的计算机断层扫描(CT)数据(样本量n=445),确定了沿气道中心线的气道半径正常上限(upper limit of normal, ULN)的性别与身高分层参考值。各数据表包含了右肺上叶、中叶、下叶(分别对应RUL、RML、RLL)及左肺上叶、下叶(分别对应LUL、LLL)各肺叶的支气管起点距离(单位:毫米)与气道半径(单位:毫米)。尽管实际分析针对男性(身高区间155–185 cm)与女性(身高区间141–173 cm)以1 cm为间隔开展,但本数据集仅收录了以5 cm为间隔的气道半径正常上限代表性数据。
