The aim of this study was to examine the synbiotic effect of lactulose and the probiotic bacterium Enterococcus faecium NCIMB 11181 on the microbial diversity of weaned piglets and to compare the unexplored synergistic effect against the individual effects of the prebiotic and probiotic on the structure and composition of faecal microbiota, using pyrosequencing of the 16S rRNA genes.
本研究旨在探究乳果糖与益生菌菌株屎肠球菌（Enterococcus faecium）NCIMB 11181联用对断奶仔猪粪便微生物多样性的合生元效应，并采用16S rRNA基因焦磷酸测序技术，对比未被阐明的合生元协同效应与该益生元、益生菌单独作用对粪便微生物群结构与组成的影响。
