This study adopts a cross-sectional multicentric approach. The methodology involves three main steps: firstly, administering a pre-assessment form to challenge students' existing knowledge and initiate the adult learning model; secondly, raising awareness and sharing educational resources; and finally, distributing a post-assessment form to assess the consolidation of the relayed information.Statistical analysis revealed a significant improvement in the scores of digestive surgery residents after receiving educational resources. Elements retained by residents challenged traditional practices. The results emphasize the importance of catering to all types of learners when integrating new protocols.

本研究采用横断面多中心研究方法。研究方法主要包含三个核心步骤:其一,施测预评估问卷,以挑战学员的既有知识体系,启动成人学习模式;其二,开展认知普及并分享教育资源;其三,发放后评估问卷,以评估所传递信息的掌握巩固情况。统计分析结果显示,消化外科住院医师在获取教育资源后,其考核得分得到显著提升。住院医师所掌握的相关内容对传统临床实践惯例构成了挑战。本研究结果强调,在整合推广新型诊疗方案时,需兼顾不同类型的学习者。
