Amplicon sequencing of the Y chromosome-linked genome editor target site at doublesex in Anopheles gambiae

Amplicon sequencing data of the genomic target of the Y chromosome-linked genome editor in Anopheles gambiae. The sequencing data spans a region of 291 nucleotides in the female-specific exon of the doublesex gene and the analysis was performed to investigate homology-directed vs non homologous repair mechanisms upon Y-linked Cas9 activity.
