Instance Data: A new branch-and-cut Approach for integrated planning in additive manufacturing

This data includes test data and the results presented in the manuscript "A New Branch-and-Cut Approach for Integrated Planning in Additive Manufacturing" submitted as a revised version to the European Journal of Operational Research (EJOR).

The test data and results are stored using ".json" files and python dictionaries. We refer to the readme.txt files incorporated within the folders for more details.
