Picrasma quassioides Raw sequence reads

In this study, we used Illumina pair-end sequencing technology to sequence and assemble the complete chloroplast genome of P. quassioides to add to the taxon's phylogenetic and evolutionary history.

本研究利用Illumina双端测序技术（Illumina pair-end sequencing technology）对P. quassioides的完整叶绿体基因组（complete chloroplast genome）开展测序与组装工作，以期为该类群的系统发育与进化历史研究补充相关数据。
