Digital Archive from a Geophysical Survey, an Archaeological Evaluation, and an Archaeological Excavation at North Lane, Bickington, Fremington, Devon, 2020-2022

This collection comprises images, site records, geophysical survey and GIS data from a geophysical survey, an archaeological evaluation, and an archaeological excavation that were carried out by South West Archaeology Ltd. (SWARCH) between October 2020 and April 2022, prior to a proposed residential development on land off North Lane, Bickington, Fremington, Devon. The geophysical survey identified 17 groups of anomalies that included: possible historic field boundaries; possible ditch and bank field boundaries; possible ditch features; possible enclosure ditches; possible land drains; possible pits; possible structural features; and possible modern services.

本数据集涵盖西南考古有限公司（South West Archaeology Ltd.，SWARCH）于2020年10月至2022年4月期间，在德文郡弗里明顿比金顿北巷周边土地拟开展住宅开发项目前，通过地球物理勘探、考古评估与考古发掘所获取的影像资料、遗址记录、地球物理勘探数据及地理信息系统（Geographic Information System，GIS）数据。
本次地球物理勘探共识别出17组异常区，涉及疑似历史时期田界、沟堤式田界、沟状遗存、围沟、农田排沟渠、坑穴遗存、建筑遗存以及疑似现代市政设施等类别。
