Site Data from an Archaeological Strip Map And Sample at Black Moor Farm, New Road, Maulden, Bedfordshire, December 2022

This collection comprises images, reports, and CAD data from an archaeological strip, map and sample investigation at Black Moor Farm, New Road, Maulden, Bedfordshire. Albion Archaeology was commissioned to prepare a Written Scheme of Investigation (WSI) to undertake the archaeological fieldwork, carried out between 5th and 13th December 2022, ahead of a proposed grain store/barn. Archaeological features indicate a presence of a nearby domestic settlement focus, principally dating to the 2nd-3rd centuries AD.
