Transcriptomics and proteomics reveal distinct biology for lymph node metastases and tumor deposits in colorectal cancer

Spatial transcriptomic data (counts_DSP_afterQC_normalisation.csv) derived using the Nanostring GeoMx digital spatial profiler platform to analyse tumor deposits and lymph node metastases from 10 patients with colorectal cancer. 264 AOIs of cancer transcriptome atlas data.
