SiC 新型光伏直流升压变流模块测试数据包括变压器特性测试数据、80kW/5kV 变流模块实测尺寸图、80kW/5kV 变流模块功率密度测试数据、80kW/5kV 变流模块效率测试数据。在直流变换模块方面，包括基于SiC器件的测试数据、碳化硅功率模块设计模型、模块开关瞬态仿真模型。
The test dataset for new SiC-based photovoltaic DC boost converter modules includes transformer characteristic test data, measured dimension drawings of 80kW/5kV converter modules, as well as power density and efficiency test data of such modules. In terms of DC conversion modules, the dataset also covers test data based on SiC devices, design models of silicon carbide power modules, and switching transient simulation models of the modules.
