Infinium MethylationEPIC was used to analyze the DNA methylation changes related to the development of wheezing and / or asthma induced after RSV infection. Overall design: DNA was extracted from whole blood collected from 77 participants. The treated DNA was hybridized to the Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChip.
