本数据集基于熔盐冷冻壁技术相关研究需求,搭建了冷冻壁技术研究装置,开展冷冻壁形成控制实验,研究分析高温传热、模拟反应等。主要包括冷冻壁形成、厚度测量、稳定控制等研究成果及支撑数据。面向干法处理氟化反应器腐蚀防护技术研究,数据基于冷冻壁实验研究装置储罐、泵、管路、试验段上的温度、压力、流量、液位等传感器产生,主要记录了实验过程温度、流量、液位、压力等测量值。本数据集有助于深入分析冷冻壁形成机理,提出有效的应用方案,也为防腐蚀氟化反应器的研制提供了研究基础。数据集中测试数据是在2013-2019年期间在中国科学院上海应用物理研究所先进干法分离技术研究实验室测试得到的,在冷冻壁技术研究实验装置运行中,形成的运行记录数据。数据采集严格遵循实验规范,以确保数据的高精度和可靠性。数据量2.22M
This dataset is developed to address the research needs of molten salt freeze wall technology. A research apparatus for freeze wall technology was constructed, and experiments on freeze wall formation and control were conducted to study and analyze high-temperature heat transfer, simulated reactions, and related subjects. It mainly includes research findings and supporting data covering freeze wall formation, thickness measurement, stable control, and other aspects. Targeting the research on corrosion protection technology for dry-process fluorination reactors, the data is collected from sensors such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, and liquid level installed on the storage tanks, pumps, pipelines, and test sections of the freeze wall experimental research apparatus, and primarily records measured values including temperature, flow rate, liquid level, and pressure during the experimental process. This dataset facilitates in-depth analysis of the formation mechanism of freeze walls and the proposal of effective application schemes, while also providing a research foundation for the development of corrosion-resistant fluorination reactors. The test data in this dataset were collected from 2013 to 2019 at the Advanced Dry Separation Technology Research Laboratory of the Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and are operational record data generated during the operation of the freeze wall technology research experimental apparatus. Data collection strictly follows experimental specifications to ensure high accuracy and reliability of the data. The total data volume is 2.22 MB.
