Tf1 genome-wide integration profile in Nup61∆, Pht1∆, Set1∆, Snf5∆, Cwf12∆, Rad50∆ and Rad51∆

Genome-wide integration profile of the retrotransposon Tf1 in Schizosaccharomyces pombe in wild-type cells, and in cells containing the deletions Nup61∆, Pht1∆, Set1∆, Snf5∆, Cwf12∆, Rad50∆ or Rad51∆. Those genes resulted in a defect in Tf1 integration frequency and are important for Tf1 integration.
