本数据集是Gd/碲化铋基热电磁新材料和器件的结构性能数据说明,主要包含:Gd/Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3热电磁复合新材料、Gd/Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3热电磁梯度复合新材料和Gd/Bi2Te2.7Se0.3热电磁复合新材料三种。采集的时间范围包含2019年-2024年,主要采用激光热导仪、高温霍尔测试系统、低温综合物性测量系统、高温差热分析仪、扫描电镜、透射电子显微镜、电子扫描探针、X射线粉末衍射仪,热电磁材料热电制冷温差测量装置等仪器进行数据的采集。
This dataset provides structural and performance data specifications for Gd/bismuth telluride-based thermoelectric novel materials and devices. It mainly includes three types of materials: Gd/Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3 thermoelectric composite novel materials, Gd/Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3 thermoelectric gradient composite novel materials, and Gd/Bi2Te2.7Se0.3 thermoelectric composite novel materials. The data collection timeframe spans from 2019 to 2024, and data was acquired using a suite of professional analytical instruments, including laser thermal conductivity testers, high-temperature Hall effect measurement systems, low-temperature comprehensive physical property measurement systems, high-temperature differential thermal analyzers, scanning electron microscopes (SEM), transmission electron microscopes (TEM), electronic scanning probe microscopes, X-ray powder diffractometers (XRD), and thermoelectric material thermoelectric cooling temperature difference measurement devices.
