Single cell RNA sequencing of primary murine hepatic stellate cells from healthy versus CCl4-treated mice.

The goal of this project is to study hepatic stellate cell sub-populations in liver fibrosis and more specifically find a sub-population which responds to stiffness. Single cells were isolated from healthy versus CCl4-treated mice utilizing accudenz gradient method and were sequenced using 10X genomics technology. 本项目的研究目标为探究肝纤维化中的肝星状细胞（hepatic stellate cell）亚群，具体旨在筛选出对组织硬度产生应答的细胞亚群。本研究采用Accudenz密度梯度离心法，从健康小鼠与四氯化碳（CCl4）处理的小鼠体内分离单细胞，并通过10X Genomics技术完成测序。本研究的分析对象为健康肝脏与纤维化肝脏中的肝星状细胞亚群。
