本研究采用纵向单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq)、正电子发射计算机断层显像(Positron Emission Computed Tomography-Computed Tomography, PET-CT)及细菌负荷检测实验,旨在解析肉芽肿形成时序、负荷状态与消退过程背后的细胞特征。实验总体设计:从食蟹猴体内分离肉芽肿组织并进行解离,以用于单细胞RNA测序。
