To further identify the copy numbers of Tn inserted into the genome, randomly selected Tn transposon mutants were subjected to whole genome sequencing using Illumina Nova sequencer. The sequencing reads were trimmed to remove the adapter sequences and low-quality reads. The clean reads were assembled using SPAdes.

为进一步明确插入至基因组的转座子Tn的拷贝数，研究人员随机选取Tn转座子突变体，采用Illumina Nova测序仪开展全基因组测序。对测序所得读段（reads）进行修剪处理，以去除接头序列与低质量读段；经修剪获得的干净读段（clean reads）使用SPAdes组装软件完成基因组组装。
