Four surveys enquiring about plant material and plantation practices for main wine labels in vineyards of Languedoc-Roussillon

This dataset contains variables describing yield, management practices, plant material and plantation characteristics in vineyard plots (n = 3507) of the Languedoc-Rousillon region. This dataset is an anonymized version with selected data from surveys carried out by Agreste, the agricultural statistical service of the French Ministry of Agriculture. In the surveys, public agents enquired about vineyard characteristics and farming practices of randomly chosen plots in all France, with vines older than 3 years and involved in full wine production the indicated year. The dataset available here is a result of a combination of 2 surveys: Enquête de Pratiques culturales en Viticulture corresponding to the following years: 2006 and 2013-2014 and Enquête de Pratiques Phytosanitaires en Viticulture 2010 and 2016. Access to the surveys involved confidential data, therefore we used a secure environment offered by CASD – Centre d’Accès Sécurisé aux Données. We then selected only plots located in Languedoc-Roussillon region, picked relevant variables and anonymized the result. The variables describe yield, management practices, plant material and plantation characteristics of the vineyard plots.

本数据集涵盖朗格多克-鲁西永（Languedoc-Rousillon）地区的3507个葡萄园地块（n=3507）的产量、管理措施、种植材料与种植特征相关变量。该数据集为匿名化版本，数据源自法国农业部农业统计服务机构Agreste开展的多项调查：调查人员针对法国全境随机抽取的葡萄园地块，问询了地块的葡萄树特征与种植管理措施，所涉葡萄树树龄均超过3年且在对应年份已全面进入葡萄酒生产环节。本公开数据集整合了两项专项调查的数据，分别为对应2006年、2013-2014年的《葡萄种植栽培措施调查》（Enquête de Pratiques culturales en Viticulture），以及2010年、2016年的《葡萄种植植物保护措施调查》（Enquête de Pratiques Phytosanitaires en Viticulture）。由于调查涉及保密数据，研究团队使用了由CASD（安全数据访问中心，Centre d’Accès Sécurisé aux Données）提供的安全研究环境开展数据处理，随后仅筛选出位于朗格多克-鲁西永地区的地块，提取相关变量并对最终结果进行匿名化处理。上述变量用于描述该类葡萄园地块的产量、管理措施、种植材料与种植特征。
