Denitrification process is crucial to plant nutrient availability. However, changes in denitrifying bacteria during plant community and soil development are not well understood. Herein we investigated the changes in abundance, community composition, and diversity of denitrifying bacteria during long-term natural vegetation recovery of abandoned farmland in a semiarid environment.反硝化（Denitrification）过程对植物养分有效性至关重要。然而，目前学界对植物群落与土壤发育过程中反硝化细菌的动态变化尚未形成充分认知。为此，本研究针对半干旱环境下弃耕地的长期自然植被恢复过程，调查了反硝化细菌的丰度、群落组成及多样性变化。
