Structural Basis for Self-Discrimination by Neoantigen-Specific TCRs

We have identified neoantigens in the B16F10 murine melanoma model. To do this, we compared B16F10 tumor sequences with those obtained from strain-matched splenocytes. Here, we are submitting the RNA sequencing and whole exome sequencing files associated with this task.
